We are currently looking for a strong Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team .

Position: Chef de Partie.
General:
Part of the EATDRINKSLEEP organisation, owned by Charles and Edmund Inkin (twice shortlisted for Independent Hoteliers of the Year). Regarded within industry as a leading operator in this mid-market sector, with awards and exceptional press recognition. Focus on hospitality, accurate and imaginative cooking and great drinks.

Pay: 21-23k dependant on candidate + share of tronc.
Hours: Full time, five days a week. Mixture of split shifts and single long shifts. Permanent.

Experience:
Must demonstrate experience of equivalent restaurant level. Good knowledge of seasonal food is necessary. Good knife & butchery skills necessary. Will need to demonstrate good timekeeping & time management skills. Knowledge of good hygiene practices. Holding a valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate essential. In house training will be provided.
