The Cultivating Kindness - Compassion-based Yoga Therapy Course is running again by popular demand.
When you are feeling down and a bit overwhelmed, sometimes the idea that you will ever be able to feel differently again feels impossible. You might not even remember when you last had that Sunday morning feeling that this little pooch is having right here! It can all feel never ending.
Quite frankly we all have felt this to some degree.
What we would like to offer you is a five week therapeutic yoga course designed to help you deal with exactly that. Working through the blues. Honouring how you feel and taking time to be really truly kind to yourself. We promise you it works.
Heather Murray and Graham Nolan are collaborating with Special yoga - we are so pleased to be offering this course again. We first ran it in January to 20 students and were overwhelmed by the response.
It’s a mix of Yin Yoga, mindfulness and techniques to support you to deal with times of change, anxiety and stress. It’s simple, accessible and most importantly really useful. It’s not gonna be totally easy, this course is a little challenging and sometimes emotional. But rest assured, it’s in a safe place with two incredibly experienced practitioners.
